Music Lessons for Students

The Donovan’s Venom provides scholarships for free music lessons to eligible students.

Curriculum

Students will be given free access to The Donovan’s Piano Room, where they can learn music through lessons, games, books, and more.

The Donovan’s Music is… series is a groundbreaking set of programs that use the power of music to strengthen core academic skills while nurturing creativity and confidence.

Designed and led by The Donovan, a lifelong music educator and accomplished artist, these programs transform traditional learning into an engaging, multisensory experience.

Our “Music is” program series is an innovative educational initiative designed to integrate music into core learning areas. Through programs such as “Music is Reading”, “Music is Math”, and “Music is ESL”, we provide supplementary and enrichment education that enhances literacy, numeracy, and language development through the power of music.

Aligned with the DeKalb County School District’s metrics and the Georgia Standards of Excellence (GSE), our curriculum strengthens and enriches the learning experience—supporting STEM education rather than overlapping or competing with it.
